Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce porovnává rozdíly pětivrstvých překližovaných desek z dubových dýh, které byly impregnovány látkami s požární odolností. Mým cílem je určit rozdíly v požární odolnosti mezi překližkami z čistých dýh a z dýh, kde byly použity impregnační látky borax a biotecta. Dále se zde budou zkoušet mechanické vlastnosti týkající se pevnosti v ohybu ve směru podélném a příčném a to pro překližky impregnované i čisté. Pro výrobu překližovaných desek byla použita tři různá lepidla – močovinoformaldehydové lepidlo, PVAC lepidlo a speciální impregnovaný papír LF150+, což nám umožňuje porovnání účinnosti lepidel, které si vyzkoušíme na testu lepené spáry.

Abstract:

This Bachelor´s Thesis comares differences of five-layer plywood boards made of oak veneers, which were impregnated with fire resistence materials. My purpose is to determine the differences of fire resistence between pure veneer plywood and veneer where borax and biotecta impregnating substances were used. Furthermore, the mechanical properties related to the flexural strenght in the longitudinal and transverse directions will be tested here, both for impregnated and clean plywood. For production of plywood board, three different adhesives were used – urea-formaldehyde adhesive, PVAC adhesive and special impregnated paper LF150+, which allows us to compare the effectiveness of adhesives, which we test on the glued joint test.
