Cílem bakalářské práce „Systém hodnocení zaměstnanců jako nástroj motivace“ je analyzovat stávající systém hodnocení společnosti 3M pomocí dotazníkového šetření a na základě výsledků tohoto šetření navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení procesu. Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis "Employee evaluation system as a motivation tool" is to analyze the current evaluation system of 3M company by means of a survey.Based on the results of this survey, recommendations will be proposed to improve the process.
