Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá automobilem v podnikání z účetního i daňového hlediska. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol, které se věnují pořízení, provozování a vyřazení vozidla. Každá kapitola je čtenáři přiblížena nejprve v obecné rovině a poté z účetního a daňového pohledu. Na to navazuje část praktická, kde je nejprve představena Skupina DEK a následně přiblížen model pronájmu vozidel společnostem ve Skupině a stanovení jeho výše. Zmíněny jsou také legislativní změny u daně silniční, které jsou demonstrovány na příkladech.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on car used in business from the accounting and tax point of view. The theoretical part is then devided into three chapters, which are devoted to the acquisition, operation and elimination of the vehicle. Each chapter is shown in the general way and than from accounting and tax perspective. Then the practical part follows with the description of the DEK Group that continues to examinate the model of the vehicle rental to the other companies in the Group. Legislative changes of the road tax are mentioned and described on examples.
