Pregnancy after cervical conization

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem těhotenství po konizaci děložního čípku. Z literatury bylo zjištěno, že konizace může vést ke vzniku zjizvené tkáně na děložním čípku, což způsobuje rigiditu čípku. Toto zjizvení může způsobit problém s otěhotněním, komplikace spojené s otevíráním a zkracováním děložního čípku v průběhu první doby porodní, protrahovaný porod až rupturu děložního čípku. Dalším problémem je inkompetence děložního čípku, vzniklá odstraněním značné části čípku při konizaci, která může vést k potratu a předčasnému porodu (Roztočil et al., 2020). Teoretická část práce se skládá ze tří hlavních kapitol, těhotenství po konizaci děložního čípku, porod po konizaci děložního čípku a konizace děložního čípku, které se podrobněji zabývají danou problematikou. Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce je shromáždit z dostupných zdrojů české i zahraniční odborné literatury nejnovější poznatky o problematice těhotenství po konizaci děložního čípku. V rámci empirické části byla použita metoda kvalitativního výzkumného šetření, formou strukturovaných rozhovorů. Cílem empirické části práce je zjistit, jaký vliv má konizace děložního čípku na otěhotnění a průběh těhotenství.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of pregnancy after conization of the cervix. It has been found in the literature that conization can lead to scar tissue on the cervix, causing cervical rigidity. This scarring can cause a problem with pregnancy, complications associated with opening and shortening of the cervix during the first period of childbirth, a problem with prolonging childbirth, finally to cervical rupture. Another problem is cervical incompetence, caused by the removal of a significant part of the cervix during conization, which can lead to miscarriage and premature birth (Roztočil et al., 2020). The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis consists of three main chapters, pregnancy after cervical conization, and childbirth after cervical conization and cervical conization, which deal with the issue in the details. The goal of theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis is to gather the latest knowledge on the issue of pregnancy after cervical conization from available sources of Czech and foreign professional literature. In the empirical part of the thesis, the method of qualitative research was used, in the form of structured interviews. The aim of the empirical part of the thesis is to find out what effect the conization of the cervix has on pregnancy and the course of pregnancy.
