Tax optimization in selected business company

Abstract:

Ve stále více společnostech se optimalizace daňové povinnosti stává nedílnou součástí finančního řízení podniku. V rámci dosažení jednoho z hlavních cílů řízení podniku – tedy zvyšovat zisk, je účelné snižovat náklady. Jedním z instrumentů, jak snížit náklady je správné nastavení daňové optimalizace. Tím docílíme snížení odlivu peněz z podniku a zadržené peníze můžeme dále investovat – například do rozvoje podniku. Daňová optimalizace není nic nezákonného. Je to vlastně celkem logický postoj – nezaplatit státu víc, než musím. Bakalářská práce na téma „Daňová optimalizace ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu“ pojednává o problematice využití všech legálních postupů a instrumentů, kterými lze minimalizovat daňovou povinnost. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část bakalářské práce charakterizuje daňovou soustavu ČR a daňovou problematiku společnosti s ručením omezeným v podmínkách ČR s ohledem na její aplikaci v praxi. Praktická část bakalářské práce analyzuje současný stav daňové optimalizace ve zvoleném podnikatelském subjektu a na základě poznatků zjištěných v teoretické části závěrečné práce doporučí další optimalizační kroky.

Abstract:

For an increasing number of organizations, tax optimization is becoming an integral part of their financial management. In pursuance of achieving one of the main business management goals, which is increasing profits, it is effective for a company to reduce its costs. One of the techniques for decreasing organizational costs is a correctly set up tax optimization. This way, the cash outflows from the company will be reduced as a result and the retained cash can be subsequently reinvested back into the business, for example into the organisational development. Tax optimization is not illegal. Actually, it is rational approach to not pay the state more than it is necessary. This bachelor thesis called „Tax optimization in selected business company“ deals with issue of using all legal methods and instruments, which can be used to minimize the amount of tax paid by a company. This bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The theory part describes the Czech tax system and the tax issue of limited company in Czech conditions, in respect of its application in practice. The second part of the bachelor thesis analyses the current state of tax optimization in selected business company and based on the relevant knowledge described in the theory part, recommends further steps implementation of efficient tax optimization.
