Financial analysis and evaluation of the creditworthiness of the banks' perspective

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce ?Finanční analýza a hodnocení bonity z pohledu bank? je definovat pojem finanční analýza, komponenty analýzy, které jsou nezbytné nejen v bankovním prostředí, vypracovat a realizovat využití v praxi. V bankovnictví se analýza využívá především pro vyhodnocení stávající a budoucí finanční situace v podniku, na základě které se následně stanovují podmínky, typ a celková výše nebo limit financování. Pro banku je také důležité předejít problémům s platební morálkou a uspokojit své pohledávky za klientem. Tato práce představí druhy, možnosti a elementární metody finanční analýzy. Práce se zaměří na aplikaci uvedených teoretických postupů na reálná účetní data vybraného podniku. Informace získané provedením finanční analýzy budou náležitě vyhodnoceny z pohledu banky. Závěr práce předvede dva způsoby úvěrové analýzy, z níž bude vybrán ten vhodnější způsob pro podnik včetně realizace návrhu na jeho financování.

Abstract:

The main aim of the thesis "Financial analysis and credit ratings from the perspective of banks" is to define the concept of financial analysis, component analysis, which are necessary not only in the banking environment, to develop and implement practical use. In banking, the analysis is mainly used to evaluate current and future financial situation of the enterprise on the basis of which is subsequently determined conditions, the type and total amount or limit funding. For the bank, it is also important to prevent problems with the payment discipline and to satisfy their claims against the client. This paper introduces types, and elementary methods of financial analysis. The work will focus on the application of these theoretical methods on real financial data of the selected company. Information obtained by performing financial analysis will be properly evaluated from the perspective of the bank. The conclusion demonstrates two ways of credit analysis, which will be selected from the appropriate way for the company, including the implementation of the proposal in its funding.
