Tato práce se zaměřuje na developerský proces a možnosti financování developerských projektů. Teoretická část se věnuje developerskému procesu, rizikům a právní struktuře, dále pak vymezuje formy financování projektu tohoto typu a s nimi spojené náklady kapitálu. This thesis focuses on the development process and financing options for developer projects. The theoretical part is devoted to the development process, risks and legal structure, then defines the forms of financing of this type of project and the associated cost of capital.
