Business process and its presentation in financial and management accounting

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat nejdůležitější tendence, které se projevují ve vzájemném vztahu finančního a manažerského účetnictví. Dílčími cíli je na popisu vývoje obou účetních subsystémů dokumentovat, jak se mění podstata řízení podnikatelského procesu, konkretizovat tendence, ovlivňující vývoj finančního a manažerského účetnictví v oblasti vymezení a ocenění prvků účetního zobrazení a tyto tendence dokumentovat na zobecňujícím příkladu. Přínosem práce je zejména souhrnný přehled toho, jak se rozdíly ve vymezení a ocenění aktiv, závazků, vlastního kapitálu, nákladů a výnosů projevují v obsahu a struktuře výkazů finančního a manažerského účetnictví – v rozvaze, výsledovce a přehledu peněžních toků.

Abstract:

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to describe the most important tendencies that influence the mutual relations of financial and management accounting. The partial aims is to document on the description of the development of both systems how the substance of business process management is changing, to specify the tendencies influencing the financial and management accounting development in the area of definition and valuation of accounting elements and to document these tendencies on the generalizing example. The thesis benefit is the synthetic overview how the differences in the definition and valuation of assets, liabilities, equity, expenses and income influence the content and structure of the financial and management accounting statements – in the balance-sheet, income statement and cash flow statement.
