Determination of Technological Process of Welding the Radial Exhaust Casing of the Steam Turbine

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením technologického postupu svařování radiálního výstupního hrdla parní turbíny. Teoretická část této práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí, kde v první části jsou popsány parní turbíny a výstupní hrdla a druhá část je zaměřena na svařování, metody svařování, typy svarů a třetí část popisuje nedestruktivní zkoušení svarových spojů. Praktická část této práce je přímo zaměřena na stanovení technologického postupu svařování a samotné svařování radiálního výstupního hrdla parní turbíny. Pro samotný proces svařování byla vytvořena svařovací mapa a pro svařovací personál byl vytvořen svařovací postup. Na závěr praktické části proběhlo nedestruktivní zkoušení svarových spojů a vystavení protokolů o nedestruktivním zkoušení.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the determination of the technological process of welding of the radial exhaust casing of the steam turbine. The theoretical part of this thesis is divided into three main parts, where the first part describes steam turbines and exhaust casing and the second part is focused on welding, welding methods, types of welds and the third part describes the non-destructive testing of weld joints. The practical part of this work is focused directly on the determination of the tech-nological process of welding and the welding of the radial exhaust casing of the steam turbine. A welding map was created for the welding process and a welding procedure was created for welding personnel. At the end of the practical part, a non-destructive testing of weld joints and exposure of non-destructive protocols was carried out.
