Abstract:
Předkládaná práce se zabývá současnou úpravou ochrany zemědělského půdního fondu v České republice. Klade si za cíl zpracovat analýzu zákona č. 334/1992 Sb. a zhodnotit jeho funkčnost a dostatečnost pro potřeby dnešní společnosti. V práci je věnována část textu jak minulosti a komparaci současné právní úpravy s tou minulou a jednak budoucnosti, možnému odhadu vývoje v dané oblasti. Není opomenuta ani …more
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the legal protection of the agricultural resources in the Czech Republic. The target is to analyse the law act nb. 334/1992 and its impact on the environmental law in general. There is to find in the work a comparison of today law act with the previous one and then also the possible ways and predictions into the future.
