Restructuring and Work-out of Corporate Loans Granted by Banks

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat současný přístup bank k vymáhání bankovních úvěrových pohledávek za korporátní klientelou s ohledem na použitý přístup. Bakalářská práce se rovněž zabývá dopadem tohoto použitého přístupu na samotnou banku. V první části se bakalářská práce zabývá teoretickým vymezením úvěrových pohledávek, druhá a třetí část zahrnuje použitou metodologii a samotnou analýzu současného standardního postupu. Ve čtvrté části se pak bakalářská práce zabývá výsledky, závěry a návrhem optimálního postupu vymáhání úvěrových pohledávek za korporátní klientelou z hlediska ekonomického dopadu pro banku.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the current approach of banks to recovery of bank loan receivables of corporate clients with regard to the stance. This work also deals with the impact of the approach to the banks themselves. The first part of the work is engaged in the theoretical determination of credit claims, the second part includes the methodology used and the third part analyses the actual current standard procedure. The fourth part of the thesis deals with the results, conclusions and an optimal procedure for the recovery of credit claims of corporate clients in terms of economic impact on the bank.
