Abstract:
V absolventské práci se zabývám problematikou psychologie práce a využití psychologie v práci se zaměstnanci. V této práci chci přiblížit problematiku využití psychologie v běžném pracovním prostředí. V této práci se věnuji jak historické stránce tak i moderním trendům v personálním řízení.
Abstract:
In my graduate thesis I deal with the issue of work psychology and the use of psychology in working with employees. In this work, I want to approach the issue of using psychology in a normal work environment. In this work I deal with both the historical side and modern trends in personnel management.
