Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na analýzu hypotečního trhu v České republice. Práce se opírá o předpoklad bytové potřeby jako jedné s nejzákladnějších lidských potřeb a pomáhá nalézt nejvýhodnější zdroje pro její financování. Diploma thesis is focused on analysis of mortgage market in the Czech republic. This work is lean on the assumption that housing need is one of the primal needs of every human being and helping to find the most convenient way to financing it.
