Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem práva a morálky. V první části vymezuji základní pojmy a vzájemnou spojitost i rozdílnost mezi právem a morálkou. V druhé části se zabývám možným konfliktem těchto normativních systémů především ve sféře transplantací lidských orgánů, konkrétně transplantací ledvin.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the relationship of law and morality. The first part defines the basic concepts and a correlation and difference between law and morality. The second part deals with the possible conflict of these normative systems in the sphere of human organs for transplantation, particularly kidney transplantation.
