Tato práce se zabývá analýzou a vývojem metody pro prostorovou analýzu močových kamenů pomocí LA-ICP-MS. Metoda LA-ICP-MS se ukázala jako vhodná pro mapování matričních, minoritních a stopových prvků. Dalším cílem bylo prokázat vztah mezi prvky majoritními a minoritními a stanovení obsahu minerálních látek. This work deals with the analysis and development of methods for spatial analysis of urinary stones by LA-ICP-MS.LA-ICP-MS has proved suitable for mapping matrix, minor and trace elements. Another objective was to demonstrate the correlation between matrix elements and the minority and to determine the content of minerals.
