Factors influencing consumer purchasing behavior in the real estate market

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na komplexní zhodnocení trhu s nemovitostmi na základě provedených aktuálních analýz a identifikace hlavních trendů. Práce podrobně popisuje klíčové faktory, které ovlivňují rezidenční trh a spotřebitelské chování. Sekundární analýzy v diplomové práci se orientují na historické údaje, aktuální data a literární zdroje relevantní pro pochopení současných trendů a vývoje v oblasti trhu s nemovitostmi. Empirická část práce využívá data získaná dotazníkovým šetřením a hloubkovými rozhovory s realitními makléři, která slouží k prohloubení tématu a doplnění sekundárních dat o aktuální informace a perspektivy od klíčových aktérů trhu. Na základě těchto analýz a zjištění budou definovány faktory ovlivňující chování spotřebitele a formulována doporučení pro subjekty na trhu nemovitostí.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis aims to provide a comprehensive assessment of the real estate market based on current analyses and identification of the main trends. The thesis examines the key factors that influence the housing market and consumer behaviour. Secondary analyses in the thesis focus on historical data, current data and literature sources relevant for understanding current trends and developments in the real estate market. The empirical part of the thesis uses data obtained through a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with real estate agents, thus expanding the topic and supplementing the secondary data with current information and views of key players on the market. Based on these analyses and findings, factors influencing consumer behaviour will be defined and recommendations for the real estate market will be formulated.
