Harmonization of family and professional life at selected state administration offices
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na jednotlivé oblasti sladění rodiny a práce zaměstnanců státní správy. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny prvky podpory rodiny ze strany státu a zaměstnavatele. V praktické části jsou uvedená zjištění pomocí polo strukturovaných rozhovorů s vybranými zaměstnanci, jak vnímají problematiku harmonizace rodinného a pracovního života a možná řešení dané problematiky.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on individual areas of family reconciliationand the work of government employees. The theoretical part defines the elements of family support by the state and the employer.
