Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji tématu „konflikty na pracovišti“. Hlavním cílem této práce je nabídnout základní pohled na problematiku konfliktů na pracovišti. Teoretická část je proto rozdělena na kapitoly, a to na konflikty a dále podle druhu na mobbing, bossing, staffing a sexuální obtěžování. In my bachelor´s work I focus on subject of „workplace conflicts." The main objective of this work is to provide a basic perspective on the issue of conflicts in the workplace. The theoretical part is therefore divided into chapters: conflicts and then by the type of abuse mobbing, bossing, staffing and sexual harassment.
