Tato práce zkoumá odpovědnost zaměstnance za škodu v pracovněprávních vztazích ve společnosti Galvanotechna, družstvo. Analyzuje současný právní rámec pro odpovědnost za škodu v České republice se zaměřením na galvanotechniku. Na základě rozhovorů se zaměstnanci navrhuje opatření pro minimalizaci rizik. This work examines employee liability for damages in labor-law relationships at Galvanotechna, cooperative. It analyzes the current legal framework for damage liability in the Czech Republic with a focus on electroplating. Based on interviews with employees, it proposes measures for risk minimization.
