Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou likvidity a zásoby hotovosti v MITAS a.s., jako součásti divize pneumatik koncernu ČGS HOLDING a.s. S využitím domácí i zahraniční literatury jsou v první části práce rozpracována teoretická východiska finančního řízení, řízení likvidity, řízení cash-flow a řízení pracovního kapitálu. Tato část práce se dále zabývá finančními ukazateli, benchmarkingem a cash poolingem. Za využití teoretických modelů a finančních ukazatelů je v druhé části práce analyzováno finanční řízení se zaměřením na řízení likvidity divize MITAS a.s. Jsou rozebrána data z účetních výkazů, zhodnocena rentabilita podniku, analyzovány statické a cash-flow ukazatele likvidity a zhodnoceno řízení pracovního kapitálu. V rámci benchmarkingu jsou základní ukazatele mezipodnikově srovnány. Nakonec je stanovena hodnota pojistné zásoby hotovosti a navržena doporučení v řízení likvidity pro následující období.

Abstract:

The Master’s thesis deals with liquidity and cash reserve analysis of the company MITAS a.s., as a tire division of the group ČGS HOLDING a.s. The first part of the thesis focuses on the description of financial management, liquidity management, cash-flow management, and working capital management on a theoretical level based on the local and foreign literature. In addition, this part deals with economical ratios, benchmarking, and cash pooling. The second part of the thesis uses these theoretical models and ratios to carry out an analysis of the financial management with focus on liquidity management. Next, the data from the financial statements, the overall profitability, and the static and cash-flow liquidity ratios are analyzed, and working capital management is evaluated. Then, the main financial ratios are compared among other companies using benchmarking. Finally, the amount of the cash reserve is calculated and recommendations of improvements for the next period are stated.
