Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zasvěcena porovnání možností využití hypotečního úvěru a úvěru ze stavebního spoření, tedy úvěrům, kterými je možné financovat bydlení v současné době. Podstatou komparace je zanalyzování produktů samotných, vysvětlení jejich podstaty, funkčnosti a možného využití. The thesis compares the possibility of using the mortgage loan to the loan from building society, credits which at present can be used for financing of the housing. The comparison is based on products analysis, explanation of their principle, functionality and possible use.
