Náplní diplomové práce je vypracování návrhů pro zlepšení pojetí vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců v daném podniku. První část je zaměřena na teoretickou stránku jmenované problematiky. Druhá část se věnuje analýze vzdělávání a rozvoji ve vybraném dopravním středisku podniku. Třetí část se zabývá návrhy, které zajistí zlepšení problémových oblastí v rámci vzdělávání a rozvoje. The content of diploma thesis is to develop suggestions for improving the approach to education and development of employees in a given company.
