Rodinný podnik má mnoho předností, zároveň se však musí potýkat s řadou problémů. Rodinné podniky dokáží ve srovnání s ostatními typy podniků daleko pružněji reagovat na rychle se měnící podmínky, mají své nezaměnitelné know how, je pro ně charakteristická hrdost na firmu, kterou budovaly jejich generace, mají vypěstované sociální cítění, vládne v nich přátelská atmosféra atd., ale na druhou stranu …more
Abstract:
The family business has many advantages but it has to deal with many problems as well. Family firms are able to react very flexibly as the conditions are changing, they have their own specific know how. The founders are often very proud of the business which had been grown up by previous generations and there is often very friendly atmosphere.
