Risks and opportunities of the toll system in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá případovou studií hodnocení rizik a příležitostí mýtného systému v České republice v porovnání s ostatními zvolenými zeměmi. Teoretická část nejdříve vymezuje pojmy riziko a příležitost, dále popisuje jejich členění. Následně jsou popsány jednotlivé etapy řízení rizik a příležitostí od jejich identifikace po jejich monitoring. Zde jsou popsány jednotlivé metody identifikace rizik a příležitostí, především registr rizik a SWOT-analýza. Hodnocení je popsáno jak z kvalitativní, tak z kvantitativní stránky a dále je objasněn pojem případové studie. V praktické části jsou provedeny datová analýza mýtných systémů v České republice i zahraničí, komparativní analýza na základě vymezených znaků, a také SWOT-analýza a dotazníkové šetření. Na základě zjištění jsou navržena konkrétní doporučení identifikovaných rizik a příležitostí.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with a case study of the assessment of risks and opportunities of the toll system in the Czech Republic in comparison with other selected countries. The theoretical part at first defines the terms as the risk and the opportunity, then describes their structure. Subsequently, the individual stages of managing risks and opportunities from their identification to their monitoring, are described. There are individual methods of identifying risks and opportunities described here, especially the risk register and SWOT analysis. The evaluation is described both qualitatively and quantitatively, and the term case study is further clarified. In the practical part, a data analysis of toll system in the Czech Republic and abroad was explained. A comparative analysis based on the defined characteristics, as well as a SWOT analysis and a questionnaire survey was provided. Based on the findings, specific recommendations of identified risks and opportunities are suggested.
