Investment decision of companies

Abstract:

The aim of my bachelor thesis is based on theoretical knowledge and information to examine the conditions and methods of investment decisions of the company in relation to specific investment project with regard to its efficiency and investment return. The subject of my investigation will be particularly external and internal factors that influence investment decisions and methods used in making decisions about intended investment projects to ensure project implementation with the return of investment by acceptable level of risk.

Abstract:

Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je na základe teoretických poznatkov a vedomostí preskúmať podmienky a spôsoby investičného rozhodovania konkrétneho podniku v súvislosti s konkrétnym investičným projektom s ohľadom na jeho efektívnosť a návratnosť. Predmetom môjho skúmania budú najmä vonkajšie a vnútorné faktory, ktoré ovplyvňujú investičné rozhodovanie podniku ako aj metódy využívané pri rozhodovaní o plánovaných investičných projektoch, a to za účelom zabezpečiť realizáciu takého projektu, ktorý pri prijateľnej miere rizika zabezpečí efektívnu návratnosť uskutočnenej investície.
