Professional Boundaries of Social Workers of Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na profesní hranice sociálních pracovníků sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je složena ze tří kapitol. Jednotlivé kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na profesní hranice v sociální práci, sociálně-právní ochranu dětí a na sociálního pracovníka. Praktická část vychází z výsledků dat kvantitativního výzkumu, který byl realizován formou dotazníkového šetření. Hlavním cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jaké jsou rozdíly ve zkušenostech sociálních pracovníků orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí s profesními hranicemi při práci s dětmi v náhradní rodinné péči. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo celkem 231 respondentů. Vyhodnocením hypotéz bylo zjištěno, že neexistují statisticky významné rozdíly ve zkušenostech sociálních pracovníků orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí s profesními hranicemi při práci s dětmi v náhradní rodinné péči.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of professional boundaries of social workers of department of social and legal protection of children. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part is composed of three chapters. Chapters of the theoretical part are focused on professional boundaries in social work, social and legal protection of children and a social worker. The practical part is based on the results from quantitative research, which was realized by questionnaire survey. The main aim of the research was to find out, what are the differences in the experiences of social workers of department of social and legal protection of children with professional boundaries when working with children in substitute family care. The research group consisted of 231 respondents. By evaluating the hypotheses, was found out that there are no statistically significant differences in the experiences of social workers of department of social and legal protection of children with professional boundaries when working with children in substitute family care.
