Expectations of employers in social services (considering of the profile of the graduates of Health and Social Worker)

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá očekáváním zaměstnavatelů v sociálních službách, s ohledem na profil absolventů oboru Zdravotně-sociální pracovník. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány jednotlivé druhy, formy a zařízení sociálních služeb, charakteristika zdravotně-sociální práce a její historie na území České republiky. Dále se tato část práce věnuje charakteristice profese zdravotně-sociální pracovník, vzdělávání těchto pracovníků či možnostem uplatnění absolventů tohoto oboru na trhu práce. Ve výzkumné části práce jsou popsány zvolené výzkumné metody, a také technika strukturovaného dotazníků, pomocí kterého byla zjišťována ona očekávání zaměstnavatelů vůči zdravotně-sociálním pracovníkům. Dále je zde uvedena interpretace výsledků a jejich vyhodnocení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with a topic of expectations of employers in social services, with respect to the profile of graduates of Health and Social Worker branch of study. The theoretical part describes the different types, forms and establishments of social services, characteristic of health and social work and its history in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, this part describes the characteristic of the medical social worker profession, education of these workers and opportunities for graduates of this field in the labor market. In the research section there are described selected research methods and techniques of structured questionnaires, with which the expectations of employers towards health and social workers were determined. There is also indicated interpretation of the results and their evaluation.
