Assessment of flood control investment efficiency in Hlinsko v Čechách
Abstract:
Protipovodňová opatření (dále jen PPO) jsou veškerá opatření mající za cíl snížit nebo úplně vyloučit možnost vzniku povodňových škod. Hodnocení efektivnosti PPO závisí na nákladech a škodách, jenž by povodně v budoucnu způsobily. Tato práce se zaměřuje na vodní tok Drahtinka, na který byla navrhnuta protipovodňová ochrana. Abstract:
Flood measures are all measures having a main aim in reduction or elimination floods possibilities. Assessment of investment efficiency depends on level of costs and damages, which floods can cause in the future. This work is focused on water course Drahtinka, whereon have been designed flood measures. I have judged these measures and I have tried to design the best solution.
