Ownership structure effect on business performance
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the analysis of the influence of the ownership structure on the performance of the company. The impact is analysed on a sample of more than 70,000 companies operating in the Czech Republic from 2010 to 2014 using the panel regression method. Práca sa venuje analýze vplyvu vlastníckej štruktúry na výkonnosť podniku. Vplyv je analyzovaný na vzorke viac ako 70 000 firiem pôsobiacich v Českej republike v rokoch 2010 až 2014 s využitím metódy panelovej regresie.
