Cílem této práce je prozkoumat vztah mezi HR strategií podniku a její personální politika s cílem prozkoumat dopad strategie společnosti na personální politiku. V této práci, Personální politika je považována za součást strategie společnosti. Zaměstnanci jsou nejcennější zdroj podniku. Může určit úspěch podniku a jeho strategii pro dosažení cílů obecně.

This thesis aims to investigate the relationship between the HR strategy of the enterprise and its HR policy to explore the impact of the company's strategy on personnel policy. In this thesis, HR policy is considered as a part of the company's strategy. Employees are the most valuable resource of the enterprise.
