Prague Public Transport Crime

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to praktickou část a teoretickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezené základní pojmy, druhy kriminality, popsaný stav kriminality v MHD, vybrané případy a prevence. V praktické části je pomocí dotazníku zjištěno, kolik cestujících se již s kriminalitou v MHD setkalo a jak se v těch prostředcích cítí bezpečně. Zároveň je proveden rozhovor se zaměstnancem DPP. Výstupem této práce je zhodnocení potřebnosti zavedení kamerového systému ve všech prostředcích a navržení dalšího preventivního opatření.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is divided to two chapters: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are defined basic terms, types of crime, described state of crime in public transport, selected cases and prevention. In the practical part, the questionnaire shows how many passengers have already experience with crime in public transport and how they feel safe in these means. There is also an interview with an employee of the Prague Public Transport Company. The rest of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the necessity of implementing a CCTV system in all means of transport and to propose another preventive measure.
