Abstract:
Práce s názvem „alternativní tresty de lege lata a de lege ferenda“ popisuje tresty zejména podle zákona č.140/1961 Sb.,trestní zákon, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Tento zákon však bude účinný jen do konce roku 2009, přičemž od 1.1. 2010 vstoupí v účinnost nový zákon č. 40/2009 Sb., trestní zákoník. Vzhledem k této skutečnosti jsou v práci tresty srovnány také s novým zákonem.
Abstract:
This work primarily deals with alternative court sanctions. It describes this type of punishment namely in accordance with Law No. 140/1961 of the Register of Laws and Regulations, as amended. However, this law will remain in force only until the end of 2009 and, on 1st January 2010, new Law No. 40/2009 of the Register of Laws and Regulations, Penal Code, will come into force.
