Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sociální konflikty, konkrétně bossing, mezi nadřízenými a podřízenými v sektoru služeb. Práce se dělí na tři části – teoretickou, analytickou a návrhovou. The bachelor's thesis is focused on social conflicts, specifically bossing, between superiors and subordinates in the service sector. The thesis is divided into three parts - theoretical, analytical and propositional. The first, theoretical part, contains research of literature.
