Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou práva na informace. Zabývá se historií tohoto práva, vznikem zákona o svobodném přístupu k informacím a následně jeho rozborem. Práce se také zabývá dobrou správou a možnostmi občanů obce získat informace.
Abstract:
The thesis addresses a topic of a right to information. Is is focused on the history of the law, the emergence of the law on free access to information and its analysis. The thesis also deals with good governance and the ability of city residents to obtain information.
