Abstract:
Porušení pravidel a páchání nějaké trestné aktivity je běžné v každé společnosti. V mé bakalářské práci jsem poskytla stručný úvod k trestnímu řízení v souvislosti se sankcí trestu odnětí svobody v České republice. Abstract:
Breaking rules and committing some kind of criminal aktivity is common in every society. In my bachelor's work, I have provided a brief introduction to criminal action in the context of sanction of prison sentence in the Czech republic.
