Financing of the Čáslav Municipal Police

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit financování činnosti Městské policie Čáslav. Nejprve je představena problematika bezpečnosti, zahrnující bezpečností studia a jejich historii. Dále jsou představeny bezpečnostní složky se zaměřením na městskou policii a porovnáním vůči Policii ČR s ohledem na kriminalitu. Následně z dostupných dat je vypracována analýza financování činnosti. Tato analýza vypovídá o tom, jak město Čáslav hospodaří, jak se mu daří financovat městskou policii a kolik výdajů vynakládá na činnost Městské policie Čáslav, která je důležitá pro veřejný pořádek ve městě.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financing of the Čáslav Municipal Police. First, the issue of security is introduced, including security studies and their history. Next, the security forces are presented with a focus on the municipal police and a comparison with the Police of the Czech Republic with regard to crime. Subsequently, an analysis of the financing of the activity is made from the available data. This analysis tells about how the town of Čáslav manages its economy, how it manages to finance the municipal police and how much it spends on the activities of the Čáslav Municipal Police, which is important for public order in the town.
