Grinding of rotating surfaces

Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem: „Broušení rotačních ploch“ v první části pojednává o různých způsobech rotačního broušení a o brousicích nástrojích, přičemž je zaměřena na pásové broušení, jelikož se touto technologií zabývá experimentální část. Druhá část popisuje přístroje a metody využité pro vyhodnocení experimentálního měření – měření textury povrchu, měření teploty a měření délek. Třetí část se zabývá návrhem metodiky měření životnosti brousicích pásů, při broušení trubek z korozivzdorné chromniklové oceli 1.4301 (dle ČSN EN 10088-1). Ve čtvrté části je provedena experimentální aplikace navržené metodiky a naměřená data jsou po statistickém zpracování graficky interpretována. Tato část práce je dále doplněna o mikroskopické snímky brousicích pásů, pořízené v různých fázích jejich opotřebení. Závěr této části je pak věnován technicko- ekonomické analýze, jejímž výsledkem je výběr nejvhodnějšího brousicího pásu pro uvedenou technologii.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis entitled: „Grinding of rotating surfaces“ in the first part is about on different methods of rotary grinding and on grinding tools, focusing on belt grinding, because the experimental part deals with this technology. The second part describes instruments and methods used for evaluation of experimental measurement – surface texture measurement, temperature measurement and lenght measurement. The third part deals with the proposal of the methodology of measuring the service life of abrasive belts, when grinding stainless steel pipes of chrome-nickel steel 1.4301 (by ČSN EN 10088-1). In the fourth part is performed experimental application of the proposed methodology and the measured data are graphically interpreted after statistical processing. This part of the thesis is further supplemented by microscopic images of abrasive belts, taken at various stages of their wear. The conclusion of this part is devoted to technical-economic analysis, which results in the selection of the most suitable abrasive belt for mentioned technology.
