Diplomová práce se zabývá výskytem sociálně nežádoucích jevů v prostředí Armády České republiky, genderovou atmosférou, rovnými příležitostmi mužů a žen v resortu MO, NATO, EU a primární prevencí. Abstract:
The dissertation deals with occurrence of socially undesirable phenomenons within the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic (ACR), with gender atmosphere, equal opportunities of men and women within the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic, NATO and EU, and with primary prevention.
