Operation of catering services according to the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou provozování stravovacích služeb v České republice. Teoretická část je zaměřena na možnosti poskytování stravovacích služeb, více se zaměřením na hostinskou činnost v rámci živnostenského podnikání a vymezení podmínek a požadavků, které musí stravovací podnik splňovat. Cílem praktické části je analýza procesu založení a provozování těchto služeb v rámci živnostenského podnikání, charakteristika dopadů, která vyplývají z dalších opatření, jež s danými zařízeními souvisejí a jejich provoz přímo ovlivňují.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis will deal with the legal regulation of the operation of catering services in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part will focus on the possibilities of providing catering services, more with a focus on hospitality activities in the trade business and the definition of conditions and requirements that the catering company must meet. The aim of the practical part will be to analyze the process of establishing and operating these services within the trade business, the characteristics of the impacts that result from other measures that are related to the facilities and their operation directly affect.
