Tato bakalářská práce je věnována problematice stanovení laktátu neinvazivním způsobem za použití biosensoru, který koncentraci tohoto analytu měří ve slinách. Tato technika v sobě skrývá velký potenciál pro využití na poli sportovní medicíny, kde se koncentrace láktátu často používá pro hodnocení trénovanosti sportovců a optimalizaci tréninkového procesu. In this thesis the biosensor for determination of concentration of lactate by non-invasive method in saliva is studied. This technique has a big potential for usage in sport medicine, where the concentration of lactate is used to determine the fitness of athletes and is also used for optimalisation of training process.
