Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám specifiky ošetřovatelské péče o hemodialyzační kanylu. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V teoretické části popisuji intermitentní a kontinuální eliminační metody. Dále pak možnosti antikoagulace během eliminačních metod, cévní přístupy využívané pro hemodialýzu a specifické ošetřovatelské postupy při péči o tyto vstupy. Abstract:
The present thesis addresses the specifics of hemodialysis cannula nursing care. It contains two main areas. In the theoretical part, I described intermittent and contin-uous elimination methods. Furthermore, I outlined the possibilities of anticoagula-tion during elimination methods, vascular approaches used for hemodialysis and spe-cific nursing procedures in the care of these inputs.
