Kinesiological analysis of a swimming style backstroke and following physiotherapy in a swimmer with a hernia disc

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá plaveckým stylem znak a všemi jeho parametry, které mohou ovlivnit pohybový projev plavce. Zároveň upozorňuje na možné patologické projevy plavců, jež se více projevují převážně u vrcholových sportovců. V praktické části je pak prezentována kazuistika plavce, znakaře, který kvůli vzniklé hernii disku, v oblasti bederní páteře a iradiačním projevům do dolní končetiny, v 18 letech musel ukončit plaveckou kariéru. Praktická část je tak koncipovaná jako specificky vedená půlroční fyzioterapie. Cílem této bakalářské práce tak bylo popsat plavecký styl znak a jeho patologie, které se promítly do stereotypů pacienta a na základně vstupního vyšetření vést půlroční rehabilitaci. Za tuto dobu došlo ke korekci postury, lepší centraci v kořenových kloubech, optimalizaci pohybových stereotypů vlivem udržení aktivní sagitální stabilizace trupu a především k návratu pacienta k plavání.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with swimming style backstroke and all its parameters that can affect the swimmer's movement. At the same time thesis alert to the pathological manifestations of swimmers, which are more prevelant in top athletes. In the practical part, is presented the case report of the backstroke swimmer, who due to the disc herniation in the area of the lumbar spine and irritation pain in the lower limb completed a swimming career, at the age of 18. The practical part is designed as a specifically conducted half-year physiotherapy. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to desribe the swimming style backstroke and its patology, which were reflected in the patient's stereotypes and lead a six-months rehabilitation at base on initial examination. During this time contributed to posture correction, better catering in the root joints, optimalisation of stereotyped movements due to the maintenance of active sagittal stabilization of the fuselage and return of the patient to swimming.
