Abstract:

Moje diplomová práce na téma "Time management jako nástroj efektivního operativního plánování manažera", se zabývá metodou time managementu. Práce řeší problematiku vlivu správného využívání různých technik metody time managementu na dosahování efektivní práce a dobrých pracovních výsledků manažera. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda existuje nějaká závislost mezi využíváním metody time managementu a pracovní efektivitou manažera. Dalším cílem je zjistit, zda tato metoda pomáhá šetřit čas manažera. Teoretická část práce se zabývá metodou time managementu a jejími hlavními principy. Je zde kapitola věnovaná stanovování cílů, metodě GTD (getting things done). Součástí teoretické části je také kapitola věnovaná využitím moderních technologií a kapitola o nově definované problematice odkládání úkolů, která je odborníky nazývána jako prokrastinace. Empirická část práce je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu, který je proveden formou dotazníkového šetření. Na základě zvolené metody práce zkoumá, zda informace nacházející se v teoretické části práce, jsou v běžné praxi manažera použitelné a mohou pomoci zefektivnit práci manažera a zároveň šetřit čas manažera. Empirická část práce se opírá o poznatky a výsledky, dosažené v bakalářské práci Lukáše Bažanta. V závěrečné diskusi je poté provedeno vyhodnocení všech hypotéz a stanovení, zda metoda time managementu může být efektivním nástrojem pro dosahování lepších pracovních výsledků manažera.

Abstract:

My thesis on "Time management as a manager´s tool of effective operational planning" deals with the method of time management .The thesis is focused on the issue of the impact of the proper use of various techniques of time management in achieving effective work and good manager´s working results. The aim is to find out if there is any connection between the use method of time management and manager´s effectioness. Another objective is to find out if this method saves manager´s time. The theoretical part deals with the method of time management and main principles. There is a chapter focused on setting objectives, methods of GTD (getting things done) . The theoretical part also deals with the use of modern technology and a chapter on the new issue of postponing the tasks , which is called by experts as procrastination . The practical part is based on quantitative research that is conducted through a questionnaire survey. The method chosen paper examines if the informations found in the theoretical part are reuseable in practice manager and can help to streamline the work of the manager and also save manager´s time. The research is based on the findings and results achieved in the thesis of Lukáš Bažant. In the final discussion there are all hypotheses evaluated and defined if the method of time management can be an effective tool for achieving better manager´s work results.
