Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením biologicky aktivních látek a senzorickým hodnocením čajů léčivých bylin: máty peprné, meduňky lékařské, heřmánku lékařského, kopřivy dvoudomé a lípy malolisté, připravené v různých frakcích a při různých teplotách. The Diploma thesis deals with determination of biological active substances of medicinal herbs: mentha piperita, lemon balm, chamomile, common nettle, and small-leaved lime. There are presented general characteristics, chemical composition, bioactive substances, technological procedure of herbal tea production and sensory analysis in the theoretical part.
