Bankruptcy Proceedings Focused on Application of Debt
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou konkursního řízení. Je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou konkursu. Druhá část obsahuje příklad - prohlášení konkursu na majetek dlužníka, přihlášky pohledávek do konkursního řízení a jejich řešení.
Abstract:
The subject of this essay are bankruptcy proceedings. Essay consists of two parts. The first part is dedicated to general definition and description of bankruptcy. The latter one provides study of specific case - proclamation of bankruptcy on deptor's assets, debt's registration and solution.
