Obsahem bakalářské práce je problematika mezinárodních sporů z investic, ochrana a podpora mezinárodních investic a druhy sporů z těchto investic vzešlých. Poukazuje na různorodost sporů, postupy při realizaci rozhodčího či smírčího řízení, jako jednu z forem sporů ze smluvních vztahů při ochraně a podpoře mezinárodních investic.
