Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na logistické procesy spojené s transportem lisovacího nářadí pro výrobu automobilů ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO. Jejím cílem je na základě analýzy stávajícího stavu logistických procesů identifikovat případná slabá místa, vytvořit návrh na zlepšení a navržená řešení zhodnotit.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the logistic processes connected with the transport of pressing tool for the production of cars in ŠKODA AUTO. The aim is to identify potential weaknesses, develop suggestions for improvement and evaluate the proposed solutions based on an analysis of the existing state of logistics processes.
