Práce se zabývá otázkou krize tradiční rodiny. Práce má dvě části: sociálně psychologickou a právní. V první části je popsán vývoj rodiny od tradičního modelu po postmoderní formy. The thesis deals with the question of the family crisis. Work is divided into two parts: social psychological and legal. In the first part the development of family from traditional to postmodern forms is described. The author of the work tries to answer the question, if we can speak about crisis of traditional family.
