Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je nastínit současný stav využití metodiky BIM v ČŘ. K řešení této problematiky bylo přistoupeno formou kvantitativního průzkumu, v podobě dotazníkového šetření mezi firmami a jednotlivci z různých oblastí českého stavebnictví. Průzkum se zaměřuje především na současný stav informovanosti stavebních firem o budoucích požadavcích na využití BIM v oblasti nadlimitních zakázek financovaných státem ČR. V rámci dotazníku je hodnocena nejenom současná míra využití BIM v různých fázích projektu a stavebního procesu, vzhledem k dostupným softwarovým řešením, ale také rozdílnost použitých postupů při zavádění metody BIM užitých českými firmami, vůči představám a plánům zavádění BIM firmami, které tuto technologii zatím nevyužívají. Na základě získaných dat se podařilo nalézt několik rozdílů při využití BIM a identifikovat v kterých fázích projektu je užití BIM v současnosti nejběžnější v závislosti na použitém SW. Výsledky práce dále utváří náhled do rozdílů v uvažování o zavádění metody BIM, a otevírají prostor pro zkoumání dalšího možného vývoje v rámci postupného zavádění BIM v Čechách.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to outline the current state of utilization of BIM methodology in CR. The issue was solved by means of a quantitative survey, in the form of a questionnaire survey between companies and individuals from different areas of the Czech construction industry. The survey focuses mainly on the current state of awareness of construction companies about future requirements for the use of BIM in the area of over-limit orders financed by the state of the Czech Republic. The questionnaire evaluates not only the current BIM utilization rate at different stages of the project and the construction process, but also the differences in the procedures used in introducing the BIM method used by Czech companies, the ideas and plans of BIM deployments that do not use this technology. Based on the data obtained, several differences were found using BIM and identified in which phases of the project the use of BIM is currently the most common, depending on the SW used. The results of the thesis further provide a glimpse into the differences in thinking about the implementation of the BIM method and open up space for exploring further developments as part of the gradual introduction of BIM in the Czech Republic.
