The ownership of a coffee roasting business - positives and negatives
Abstract:
V předkládané práci se autor zaobírá kávou a jejím pražením. Práce obsahuje zmapování, souhrn a analýzu možností vytvořit pražírnu kávy v zavedeném kavárenském zařízení. Přínos práce spočívá zejména v hodnocení i následném vyhodnocení úskalí a pozitiv projektu vybudování vlastní pražírny kávy a shrnutí doporučení, která autor z provedených analýz dovozuje.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on coffee business and on the process of coffee roasting. It describes, analyses and summarizes the possibilities of implementing a roaster in an established coffee house. The contribution of the thesis mainly lies in the evaluation of advantages and disadvantages of having one's own coffee roasting house.
